Are you getting enough Omega 3?
Although it’s relatively easy to get hold of foods that are rich in Omega 3, it helps tremendously to take advantage of a strong supplement in order that you can boost your dietary intake. The R2803x is a diesel electric with DCC fitted and full sound.
From all the Hornby Diesels available, this one looks the best. Great detail and vibrant colours. When I buy my first diesel, it will be this one.

New Studio Equipment
Very excited to get the new sE Electronics Z330a Universal Audio 710 Twin-Finity. It’s a great studio recording package with a FET microphone, good enough to get started again after the raid.
I love a 1.07 inch twin diaphragm don’t you? It’s just gives it that extra hmmmm mmmm.
We need to get more machines in here with knobs and sliders and things that go ping. People always forget that about a music studio, it’s the gizmos and gadgets that’s the real thing, every thing else is just by product.
